Shipping within the United States
Shipping and handling fees to the contiguous 48 states
are calculated automatically at Priority Mail rates only. Contact me for other shipping arrangements.
I will also ship Express Mail within the USA for an additional
shipping cost of approximately $15.00 to $20.00. I use USPS
(United States Postal Service) almost exclusively. If you
desire another method, please contact me before ordering, the
shipping charges may be different than what is shown. No
matter what method is used, once I put it in the hands of the
shipper, I have no control over when the package will be
delivered. I have found the postal service to be accurate in
their predictions of delivery a vast majority of the
time. However, no one can predict weather conditions or
other problems that can arise which can slow down delivery of

Shipping to an Apartment Address
When I ship a package to an apartment, I require a signature.
There is no extra charge to you for this. Past experience
has taught me that this is a necessity so that a package marked
as delivered can be tracked down according to the signature.
I apologize if this is an inconvenience, but that is better than
having a lost package.
Shipping Internationally
I will ship outside the US on
a limited basis. So far I have shipped successfully to
England, Switzerland, Singapore, Australia and Ireland. The
shopping cart is not set up to figure shipping for this type of
order. If you are wanting to ship outside the US, I
recommend using Global Express, which is usually an additional $25
to $30
shipping costs. But it would be best to contact me
first
before ordering so that I can get a firm price for you.
In any method of shipping, once it leaves my hands, I have no
control over the timeliness of delivery. It may help to pay
for insurance, or to have the item signed for upon delivery.
These are additional costs, so please contact
me before ordering so I can give you a quote for these costs.
For international shipping, I will only ship to the person who
ordered the product. I will not ship to a third

Shipping Charges

change on the shipping when ordering multiple items. The postal service is now considering
the size of the box as well as the weight and destination when
configuring shipping charges. If you are ordering several of
the larger items where I would need to use a larger box, I may
have to charge additional shipping to cover my costs. I
don't know how this is all going to work just yet, so please contact
me ahead of time if ordering more than 2 of the 12" or
larger products. There
is no way for me to configure my shopping cart for all of the
possibilities, so communication before ordering is the best way to

Sales Tax
Sales tax is now determined by where the item is
delivered, known as destination based taxing. You only have to pay
sales tax if the item you ordered is being delivered in the state of Kansas.
The percent of sales tax that will be charged is determined by the
sales tax rate in the city of delivery. I have to do this
manually after you have placed your order. Back

Production Time
Each arrangement is individually assembled, so please allow 4-6 weeks
for items containing cross-stitched personalization, 2 to 3 weeks on all others, unless otherwise noted in the product description.
Production times shown are approximate times and dependent upon total number
and size of orders already placed. Please e-mail me before placing order for my current production
schedule.

Accepted methods of Payment
I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through my shopping
cart. I accept money orders and personal checks on a limited
basis. Personal checks must clear
bank before shipping order.
I have an order
form that you can submit electronically for non-credit card
orders if you prefer, or you can use the printable order form and
mail to me.
Shopping cart is for credit card and PayPal orders only, as
well as Give Anything Gift Certificates. When you are
done shopping and ready to checkout, you can then select to pay with credit card,
PayPal, Give Anything gift certificate, or you can choose to have a Paypal
