Please read carefully!
~Packages that are returned to me as undeliverable, for whatever reason, will first be checked to make sure they were addressed properly.  If I find that I made an error in the address, I will pay the shipping to have sent it again.  If I find that I have addressed the package as directed by you, then I ask that you pay the shipping to have it sent to the correct address.  If you do not want the package resent, I ask that you pay the original shipping fee and a restocking fee of 15%.
~If you receive your order and find an error in personalization, first please contact me indicating the error.  If I find that I have not followed your personalization directions, I will redo your order at my cost and re-ship.  If I request that the item in error be shipped back to me, I will pay the return shipping.  If I find that I have followed your personalization instructions, because it is a personalized item and cannot be reused, I cannot accept any returns.
~If you receive an item and it is not what you expected, please go back and read the description of the item upon receipt.  If there has been a misunderstanding between the two of us as to what you wanted and what you received, please contact me and explain the situation.  If the description is clear as to what you will be receiving, I would ask that you pay the shipping to return the item and pay a restocking fee of 15%.
~Above all else, communication is very important.  I'm sure most things can be worked out reasonably if  we communicate and talk through any problems.  I try very hard to communicate before starting to work on an order, so that everything is as you want it.  If you do not check your e-mail, I cannot communicate.  E-mail is really best, especially when it comes to personalization, as that way everything is written down and less likely to be misunderstood, particularly in the area of personalization. It is very important that you check and double-check spelling and wording of any personalization, as all I know is what you have submitted.  If I have any question, I will e-mail you to verify.  Please, please, check your e-mail regularly, daily is possible.

  Plush color may vary slightly from pictures shown due to manufacturer's supply.  I have no control over what the manufacturer has in stock.  If color of the plush fur, nose, paws, or any other feature is of great concern to you, please contact me before ordering to see what I have on hand.
