~PLEASE make sure that the personalization you have submitted is exactly what you want.

~Some Components of the gift arrangements are also subject to change due to availability.

~Plush color may vary slightly from pictures shown due to manufacturer's supply.  I have no control over what the manufacturer has in stock.  If color of the plush fur, nose, paws, or any other feature is of great concern to you, please contact me before ordering to see what I have on hand.

~THESE ARE NOT TOYS!  These are decorative items with glued parts, not suitable for children to play with.

~I will ship outside the US on a limited basis.  So far I have shipped successfully to England, Switzerland, Singapore, Australia, and Ireland.  The shopping cart is not set up to figure shipping for this type of order.  If you are wanting to ship outside the US, I recommend using Global Express, which is usually an additional $25 to $30 (approximate) shipping costs.  But it would be best to contact me first before ordering so that I can get a firm price for you.  For more information on shipping outside the US, please see my shipping policy page.

~Shipping and handling fees to lower 48 states at Priority Mail rates are as follows. Contact me for other shipping arrangements, including Express Mail, or other overnight delivery, as well as shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and other.

~!!Important change on the shipping when ordering multiple items.  The postal service is now considering the size of the box as well as the weight and destination when configuring shipping charges.  If you are ordering several of the larger items where I would need to use a larger box, I may have to charge additional shipping to cover my costs.  I don't know how this is all going to work just yet, so please contact me ahead of time if ordering more than 2 of the 12" or larger products.   There is no way for me to configure my shopping cart for all of the possibilities, so communication before ordering is the best way to go. 

~Sales tax is now determined by where the item is delivered, known as destination based taxing.  You only have to pay sales tax if the item you ordered is being delivered in the state of Kansas.  Sales tax rate is determined by the delivery city.

~Each arrangement is individually assembled, so please allow 4-6 weeks for items containing cross-stitched personalization, 2 to 3 weeks on all others, unless otherwise noted in the product description.  Production times shown are approximate times and dependent upon total number and size of orders already placed.  Please e-mail me before placing order for my current production schedule.

~I accept money orders and personal checks on a limited basis. Personal checks must clear bank before shipping order. To place your order for payment by check or money order,  go to my orderform.

~I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through my shopping cart.  Personal information is not sold or given to anyone. Please use the secure cart for your credit card info.  Any other transmission of your credit card information is NOT secure. Your credit card statement will show this charge as Debra Garrett Bear Family Gifts, LLC . I also accept credit cards through PayPal. (Shopping carts through Mal's, configured by Web Designs).

~As a courtesy to my customers, I generally do not charge your credit cards until a few days before I finish your order and mail it.  I don't like the idea of taking your money several weeks before you get your product.  However, due to a recent negative experience, I reserve the right to charge your card for up to 1/3 of the total at the time you place your order if it is for a personalized item.  Personalized items cannot be resold if you change your mind or if your card is invalid, so I will be taking 1/3 down as a way to cover my time and expenses should the order fall through for one reason or another.
